Pina Colada Sorbet

- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice frozen at least twelve hours shopping list
- 3 tablespoons dark rum shopping list
- 6 tablespoons cream of coconut chilled shopping list
How to make it
- Place can of pineapple in hot water for 1 minute.
- Remove lid and pour any liquid into a food processor.
- Remove bottom of the can and slide fruit out then chop into 1" pieces.
- Place in food processor with rum and cream of coconut then process until smooth.
- Serve at once or transfer to a container and place in the freezer.
