How to make it

  • Place can of pineapple in hot water for 1 minute.
  • Remove lid and pour any liquid into a food processor.
  • Remove bottom of the can and slide fruit out then chop into 1" pieces.
  • Place in food processor with rum and cream of coconut then process until smooth.
  • Serve at once or transfer to a container and place in the freezer.
