Heart Healthy Crunchy Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chop up the avocado into pieces
  • then chop up tomatoes and add
  • chop up celery and add
  • chop up red onions
  • add cold eggs or egg whites to this salad
  • add edamame beans
  • chop up cilantro
  • put in grated low fat cheese of your choice or fat free
  • Add walnuts
  • the toss everything lightly and be sure avocado chuncks are fairly big and not chopped.
  • Now...in your hands take some low fat blue corn tortilas and grate them using your palms and let them fall over the top. Add sesame seeds to this antioxident salad.
  • Then add Ranch dresssing....I use Follow Your Heart low fat ranch or a dressing you love.
  • Have this salad with a glass of RED wine and if you want how bout a bowl of brown rice and for desert have a cup of blueberrries.
  • YOUR HEART WILL THANK YOU.

    This is a very creative recipe. I am looking forward to trying it, as my diet is emphatically corrupted, even after 2 bypass surgeries. lol! I keep breaking it and they keep fixing it. Isn't that how we all play the game? Anyway, this recipe looks far less satanic that what I usually eat. We won't go there! Thanks for your input. Sing a song of six pans is giving me some good spinach recipes very soon. Check out her recipes! She'll be glad to have you as a subscriber. I just subscribed to your cooking for motivational purposes. Now if I could just put it into practice! Thanks again.
