Stuffed Mushrooms

- 12 big mushrooms. shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil. shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic . shopping list
- 40 gr almonds peeled. shopping list
- 3 tbs parsley . shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice. shopping list
- 1 ts worcestershire sauce. shopping list
- 6 drops tabasco. shopping list
- 3 ts fresh thyme leaves (or 1 ts dried). shopping list
- 1 ts dried rosemary. shopping list
- 1 tbs chives . shopping list
- 75 gr margarine cut in 1 cm pieces. shopping list
- 50 gr little dutch shrimps. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Brush an oven tray with 1 tbs olive oil.
- Take stalks out of the mushrooms and chop.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute onions 6 min till soft on medium heat, add chopped stalks and cook 4 min more, take away from the heat and set aside.
- Put almonds shrimps, butter,garlic, parsley,chives, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and tabasco in the blender and beat for 3 min till you have a smooth paste, taste with salt and pepper.
- Put mushrooms in the baking tray underside up and fill with the onion mixture, top with almond shrimp paste and bake in the oven for 20 min.
- Serve immediately with toast, if there is still filling you can put it on the toast.
