Rice Cooker Saffron Rice

I love this dish as a side to a saucy dish or a simple stirfry. A little something to spice up your rice and add to your main course using only your rice cooker!
Ingredients
- 1 cup rice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp margarine shopping list
- 1 Tbsp dried onions or 1/2 sm Onion, diced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Pinch saffron crumbled shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to Rice cooker
- Set to cook and enjoy once its done!

I really loved the flavor of this rice. I used water because I cut the ingredient amounts in half and didn't want to open up a whole can of broth. I also used butter as I don't keep margarine around. This has such a pretty color and the flavor wen...more
