Most people think this drink is from Boston, MA but it really originated on Boston Ave in Detroit, MI. A classic Midwestern favorite, we always make it with Vernor's!

Ingredients
- 8 oz ginger ale
- 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Pour ginger ale in very large frosted glass.
- Add in ice cream.
- Drink will foam quite a bit, add in more ice cream and/or ginger ale as desired.

I know it's 45 degrees here today, but summer IS coming some time soon (I hope!)...this will be the perfect cooler to enjoy on a hot summer day. I love ginger ale, but never thought to make a "float" with it - sounds delish!
