Floribbean Slaw

Made this for School (Culinary Art Institute of America, from the Floribbean region
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup green cabbage, julienned shopping list
- ½ cup red bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- ½ cup green bell pepper, julienned shopping list
- ¾ cup carrots, julienned shopping list
- ¾ cup yellow squash, julienned (Do Not Use Center) shopping list
- ¼ cup mayonnaise shopping list
- ¼ cup sour cream shopping list
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped shopping list
- to taste – salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly let the flavors combine for at least 1 hour
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving; serve cold
