Chocolate Coconut Nests

Great little treat for Easter....I've made one big nest and filled with birdie peeps to use as a buffet centerpiece

In mixing bowl, add coconut and chocolate and mix until well blended
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, drop by 1/3 cupfuls and shape into nests, leaving dent on top for filling
Chill until firm
Just before serving, add fillings of your choice
