I keep frozen peas and pesto frozen in ice cube trays most of the time...so this is pretty much a no brainer if you have these ready-of course you could buy pesto, but i prefer to make fresh, since it's so easy to freeze~

Thanks dariana...i assure, you it is...
hee hee...sometimes i feel guilty eating food that tastes this good...it must be sinful to enjoy something this much!..lol...too many years of church!...
just another thought....asparagus would be a great thing to add as well...
trader joes has them frozen and i was surprised to find they are really tender and delicious...
so maybe mix the asparagus and peas to take it up another level...
;-)

Hi softgrey, thanks for the recipe. How many people does this serve? Is it enough for 10 as a side dish?
