- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup rice uncooked shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 3 white onions sliced shopping list
- 1 can whole tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet then drain off fat.
- Add onions and bell peppers and cook until onion is tender then stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat until warm then pour into casserole dish then cover and bake 1 hour.
