Hit with the kids! Nice spin on traditional spaghetti.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbl olive oil or butter
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate-Set aside
  2. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil or butter
  3. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  4. Stir into spaghetti
  5. Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared pie plate
  6. Form into a "crust"
  7. Spread ricotta over bottom of spaghetti crust
  8. Top with spaghetti sauce
  9. Bake uncovered for 25 mins. at 350 degrees
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella-bake 5 more mins. (or until cheese melts)
  11. Rremove from oven-sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan
  12. Cool 10 mins. before cutting into wedges
