How to make it

  • In a large dutch oven add olive oil first, then chicken. then layer potatoes on top, add garlic cloves in center, sprinkle with paprika, nutmeg, oregano, basil and seasoned salt, add wine and tomatoes, cover with lid, bake in oven at 350 for 1hr.
  • Serve in large shallow bowls as there will be lots of steamy broth and add a generous bit of freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. Excellent with my cheese toast and a garden salad. Enjoy!
