Chocolate Mint Crackers

These crackers taste just like the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies! You get a lot more for your money!
Ingredients
- 1 box plain Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1 -12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 - 6oz. package Andes mint chocolate bits ( you can use the whole package if want stronger mint flavor) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate chips and mint chips over low heat, stir until melted.
- Once chocolate is melted, start dipping the crackers and put on wax paper until dry.

A HUGE 5! My husband loves those girl scout cookies. He puts them in the freezer and eats them with a glass of milk. He is going to love this recipe! Thanks....
