Ingredients

1 box plain Ritz crackers

1 -12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 - 6oz. package Andes mint chocolate bits ( you can use the whole package if want stronger mint flavor)

Directions

Melt chocolate chips and mint chips over low heat, stir until melted.

Once chocolate is melted, start dipping the crackers and put on wax paper until dry.

Have you ever placed peanut butter between to Ritz Crackers,and then dip in chocolate?..those are rather nice too.
