How to make it
- Filling: Beat eggs. Combine cream cheese,2/3c sugar,salt,eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 5 mins.. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Cool 30 mins before adding the sour cream topping.
- Topping: Mix sour cream,3 Tbs. sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread evenly. Bake 10 mins. at 350. Cool to room temperature ,then place in fridge. Serve chilled
