How to make it

  • Place peanut butter over a bowl and set that over a pot of boiling water.
  • Stir to barely liquify peanut butter
  • Remove from heat and add the ground turkey and mix very well
  • Add and stir in remaining ingrdients to blend lightly and do not overmix which would make burgers tough
  • Form into 6 or 8 patties
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan and cook each side about 5 minutes on each side or cooked through
  • Serve as is or in buns with lettuce, sliced onions etc.
