How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, egg, applesauce and oil. Stir in the sifted ingredients. Fold in the apples.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
