Rum Ginger Marinade Steak

- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup rum shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Put staeks of your choice into a large zip lock bag and pour marinade over steaks. Marinade for 3 to 6 hours or overnight. Be sure to rotate steaks to properly absorb marinade. Rotate as often as you like during this period.
- Note: Rib Eye and Porterhouse are my favorite steaks to use.
