Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and knead well.
  • Place mixture through a fine blade of a grinder twice or alternately knead well for another 20 minutes. Occasionally adding small quantities of iced water.
  • Use this mixture for the Kafta Meat Loaf, Kafta on Skewers, and Mi'leeyah (fried meat patties) recipes.

    Very interesting. I am not sure I have ever tasted foods with a Lebanese influence. But, I'll be trying it for sure. Sorry can't high five it until I try. =)
