A friend brought this to work at one of our pot lucks and I really liked it. Very simple but well liked.

Ingredients
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (20oz) chilled.
  • 1 pkg Instant pistachio pudding (regular size)
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained and chilled
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Maraschino Cherries

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix the can of pineapple (undrained) with the package of pistachio pudding.
  2. Add Cool Whip, marshmallows, drained oranges and banana.
  3. Fold well.
  4. Sprinkle top with crushed walnuts and maraschino cherries.
  5. Chill before serving.
