Broussards sauce for strawberries

- 4 ounces softened cream cheese shopping list
- 5/8 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 teaspoon almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 cup sherry (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
- Add extracts and half and half.
- Add the sherry if desired.
- Chill for at least a couple of hours and serve over cut up strawberries or other berries or fruit of your choice.
- Will keep in the fridge for a few days.
