Potato Flats

This is a nice side to a steak or beef dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. defrosted frozen hash browns shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 cups grated cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 soup can of milk shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients together the place in 9 x 13 pan.
- Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
