How to make it

  • Combine sugar, water, and cornstarch.
  • Cook over medium high heat until mixture boils and thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add jello.
  • Let cool while preparing berries.
  • Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie shell.
  • n large bowl, combine berries and gelatin mixture.
  • Pour into pie shell and allow to chill at least one hour.
  • Top with whipped cream.

    Yep this is a good pie, I think our strawberry season is in also for picking. Must go pick some so I can make a good strawberry pie. You have my 5
