Ingredients
- 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries (sliced) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 4 tblsp cornstarch shopping list
- 4 tblsp strawberry jello shopping list
- 1 - 4 oz package cream cheese (softened) shopping list
- 1 - 9" deep dish pie crust (baked) shopping list
- 8 oz whipped topping shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, water, and cornstarch.
- Cook over medium high heat until mixture boils and thickens.
- Remove from heat and add jello.
- Let cool while preparing berries.
- Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie shell.
- n large bowl, combine berries and gelatin mixture.
- Pour into pie shell and allow to chill at least one hour.
- Top with whipped cream.
