Ingredients

2 c. liquid potpourri

4 - 1/4 oz. pkg. knox gelatin

paste food coloring, optional

I also used dried potpourri

Directions

Heat 1 c. of the liquid potpourri to almost a boil.

The concentrate type retains smell more effectively

Stir in 1 pkg of the gelatin at a time, completely mixing after each addition.

When all pkgs. have been stirred in , add the second cup of liquid potpourri.

Pour into decorative containers, cover, and put into the fridge until set.

Baby food jars can be used. I used the small ones and got 4 of them.

Use netting (i crotchet and border around edge) to cover and a ribbon to hold it in place. or a canning jar with ring. use eyelet lace.

uncover when out of fridge. will start to mold if not kept in fridge otherwise
