Smoked Ham And Pineapple Salsa Roll-ups Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup well-drained crushed pineapple

1/4 cup chunky salsa

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 teaspoons BBQ sauce

4 (8") flour tortillas

16 slices deli ham

Directions

Combine pineapple and salsa.

Mix mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.

Spread onto tortillas to within a 1/4" on edges.

Top with ham and pineapple.

Roll.

Cut each tortilla crosswise into 4 pieces.

Secure with toothpicks and serve.

It would be great to use the left-over ham this way but I don't have enough skill to get the ham thin enough to roll like. Guess that sends me to the deli as your ingredients list suggests. Although if I practice I might get better :)

Thanks to all of you, my friends! Enjoy! Sometimes because my knife skills are really pretty poor, I use a cheese slicer. Then SOMETIMES the slices are thin enough. I certainly do sympathize, quazie! Deli ham is probably just as good!
