This is Fabulous! Ham and pineapple is a perfect combination. I'm trying this one out. It would be great to use the left-over ham this way but I don't have enough skill to get the ham thin enough to roll like. Guess that sends me to the deli as your ingredients list suggests. Although if I practice I might get better :)

Thanks to all of you, my friends! Enjoy! Sometimes because my knife skills are really pretty poor, I use a cheese slicer. Then SOMETIMES the slices are thin enough. I certainly do sympathize, quazie! Deli ham is probably just as good!
