Easy and delicious apple,walnut pound cake.

Ingredients
  • 11/2c oil
  • 2c granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs,beaten
  • 2tsp vanilla
  • 3c apples,peeled and chopped
  • 3c flour
  • 2tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1c walnuts,coarsely chopped

Directions
  1. Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla;beat well. Add apples all at once.Do not use mixer. Sift dry ingredients. Add gradually. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 11/2 hours. Let set on rack 5 mins before removing from pan.
