Ingredients
  • 1 Pound morels
  • 1/4 Pound cooked bacon
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 Cup chopped green peppers
  • 1-1/2 Cups shredded (baby) Swiss cheese
  • 1-1/2 Cups milk
  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 10-inch, lightly coat pan with butter.
  2. Mix bacon, mushrooms, onion, green pepper and cheese in a medium-sized bowl add milk, eggs, bisquick, salt and pepper, beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
