Raspberry Lemonade Recipe

Delicious fruit lemonade. For a cocktail,add tequila blanco and mint for garnish.

Ingredients
- 10 lemons
- 2c raspberries
- 6c water
- For cocktail:
- 21/4c Tequila Blanco
- Mint,for garnish
Directions
- Combine lemons,raspberries and sugar in large pot.
- Pound mixture firmly with the end of a straight rolling pin(or large wooden spoon)extracting as much juice as possible,about 10 mins
- Stir in water.Pour through a sieve into large bowl. Press the solids until all juice is extracted. Discard solids. Serve over ice. Makes 9 cups.
- For cocktail,stir tequila into 9 cups of raspberry lemonade. Serve over ice,garnish with mint.

Great recipe but hate raspberries so will be channging it up to blackberries. They grow wild here and over an inch long
