How to make it

  • Dry roast all ingredients in a heated heavy skillet over medium heat until the spices emit a toasty aroma. Let cool. Grind to a powder in a spice mill or blender. This one is great for meat dishes.

    Hi...this is actually a masala used when u make curry. It adds flavour to the curry.

    I have little knowledge of Curry's.. Is this hot? I had bought one that had a sweet, mild flavor.. it this like that? I want to learn on this.
