How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper.
  • Fill each bun with shredded lettuce and 1/4 of the lobster
  • mixture.
  • Cut the rolls in half on the diagonal and serve.
