Elegant Mashed Potatoes

This is awesome for picky eaters.
Ingredients
- 12 med. size peeled red potatoes shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup of half and half shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot boil the potatoes till tender
- In a frying pan saute the onion,in oil till golden, add a dash of salt
- Drain the potatoes add golden onion and half and half(creamo) and mash them good, till there is no more lumps.
- Enjoy!
