Ingredients
  • 12 med. size peeled red potatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/3 cup of half and half
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a large pot boil the potatoes till tender
  2. In a frying pan saute the onion,in oil till golden, add a dash of salt
  3. Drain the potatoes add golden onion and half and half(creamo) and mash them good, till there is no more lumps.
  4. Enjoy!
