Easy Creamed Spinach and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute sliced mushrooms in oil and butter until tender.
  • Add spinach and cover and cook a minute or so till wilted
  • Stir in cream cheese, to melt, add salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve immediately
