Death By Cheesecake Recipe

this cheesecake is to die for --thats why i call it 'death by cheesecake' !! Perfect ending to a nice dinner !!!

Ingredients
- CRUST.....
- 30 vanilla wafers--crushed
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 3 Tbs melted margarine
- FILLINGS...
- 3 pkgs cream cheese @ room temp
- 1 2/3 C sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 C flour
- 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1/3 C baking cocoa
- 3--4 cookies and cream candy bars
- handfull of choc chips
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 325' with a 9 by 13 ( or any lg. pan) of water on bottom rack
- MIX vanilla wafers , sugar and margarine together and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
- CREAM together --cream cheese and sugar till fluffy--about 2 mins.
- ADD..eggs( one at a time)..vanilla..flour and heavy cream.
- RESERVE-- 1/2 of the batter for top layer--
- TO THE FIRST HALF--add 1/3 C cocoa--blend well and spread in your springform pan..
- BAKE for 25-30 mins untill top is set
- MELT the candy bars in microwave--(about 1 min.) and blend into the remaining batter
- SPREAD the rest of the batter in pan and bake for another 50--55 mins..until center is just a little jiggly.
- Melt the choc chips and drizzle some on top for added touch !!!
- ******COOL AND ENJOY !!! ******
- makes 16 small slices--very rich !!
