How to make it

  • Heat skillet or wok with oil, slowly add cabbage mix, chopped onions, garlic. And any other veggie you are using. Sprinkle in soy sauce. Stirring continually to keep from sticking. When mixture reaches desired tenderness and meats are almost done if they were not precooked take up.
  • Take egg roll wraps, positioning in diamond shape. Add about ¼ cup of mix place in center of wrap. Fold up bottom flap then flip over left and right sides. Rolling down top, it can be held in place by putting a little water on flap or egg yolk.
  • Place rolls on greased sheet. Bake 350 for 15 minutes flipping over about half way through cooking.

Great base for a variety of rolls. I always bake mine anymore. A little less crunchy but not a big loss compared to the loss of fat.
