How to make it

  • Place chard in a large pot of water, cover, and cook over medium heat until tender (10-12 minutes).
  • Drain; return to heat, and toss with butter, lemon juice, feta cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

    Just got a nice fresh bunch of red swiss chard this morning. The leaves are a bit bigger than usual so I think this technique will be perfect. I love the simplicity. I'll report back.
