Bloody Mary Burgers

- 1 lb premium ground chuck shopping list
- 2 to 3 tsp of Tobasco shopping list
- 4 to 6 shakes of Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs ketsup shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp horseradish shopping list
- 1 shallot minced shopping list
- 1 tsp celery salt shopping list
- 4 hamburger buns shopping list
- celery salad: shopping list
- 4 inner tender celery stalks with keaves from the celery heart shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- Optional seasonings and garnishes: shopping list
- green onions shopping list
- Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- smoked clams ( for a bloody caesar burger ! ) shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl gently combine the chuck, all the seasonings and ingredients and mix well.
- Divide into 4 patties
- Finely diced the celery and addd the lemon juice and olive oil and set aside
- Grill the burgers to desired degree of doneness
- Place burgers on toasted buns and top each burgery with the celery
- salad
