Bloody Mary Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb premium ground chuck
  • 2 to 3 tsp of Tobasco
  • 4 to 6 shakes of Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs ketsup
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Celery salad:
  • 4 inner tender celery stalks with keaves from the celery heart
  • 1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • Optional seasonings and garnishes:
  • green onions
  • old bay seasoning
  • smoked clams ( for a bloody caesar burger ! )

Directions
  1. In a bowl gently combine the chuck, all the seasonings and ingredients and mix well.
  2. Divide into 4 patties
  3. Finely diced the celery and addd the lemon juice and olive oil and set aside
  4. Grill the burgers to desired degree of doneness
  5. Place burgers on toasted buns and top each burgery with the celery
  6. salad
