Impossible Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Directions
  1. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Mix egg, butter, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender for 2 minutes, or until well blended.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle coconut over mixture.
  7. Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Crust forms as pie bakes.
  9. Refrigerate leftover pie.
