Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 5 tablespoons butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup shredded coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour a 10-inch pie pan.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix egg, butter, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender for 2 minutes, or until well blended.
- Pour into pan.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle coconut over mixture.
- Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Crust forms as pie bakes.
- Refrigerate leftover pie.
