I get bored even with my favourites once in a while, so I'm always putting a new spin on things. Now, this is one of my favs.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb ground Beef
  • 1 1/2 lb ground Pork
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 + 1/3 c Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/2 c Caesar Dressing
  • 1 sm Onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c Caesar Croutons, crushed
  • 1/4 Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ea. dried Basil & Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 c Red Bell Pepper, diced small
  • 3/4 c Pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella, grated (reserve a 1/4 c for on top)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingreds. except mushrooms, mozzarella and one of the 1/3 c spaghetti sauce
  2. Form into a 9 x 13 rectangle on waxed paper
  3. Cover with cheese and mushrooms
  4. Roll up from short side and place in deep 9 x 5 loaf pan
  5. Bake at 350 F for 50 min
  6. Drain grease
  7. Spread second 1/3 c sauce on top and sprinkle with reserved cheese
  8. Return to oven & bake 10 more minutes
  9. Serve with Garlic Cheese Bread and a Caesar Salad
