How to make it

  • Remove sirloins from chicken thighs
  • Tenderise thighs till even thickness
  • Marinate in lemon zest and Pepper for 2hrs
  • Pan Fry (Seal) both sides for at least 1min ea side
  • Remove from pan and let cool 5 min.
  • Mix - Greek style yogurt, Basil, Garlic and salt. Spread over one side.
  • Roll thigh and tie with string.
  • Cook in oven for 15 mins at 200oC
  • Serve with chicken gravy, Yogurt, or sour cream, mild chilli and Potato wedges.
  • Garnish with parsley.
