Sausage Balls Recipe
Sausage Balls are a wonderful finger food as well as appetizer. I make these for the holidays and they are always gone fast. These go well wish a honey mustard or berry dipping sauces.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage (uncooked)
  • 1 pound grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups dry biscuit mix

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix together well.
  3. Shape into small balls.
  4. Place the balls onto a cookie sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

We all love these.I guess we started making them about 30 years ago and not just for holidays.I sometimess use spicy sausage and extra sharp cheddar cheese.But I lost the recipe long ago so I have been guessing.Thanks for posting it.
