Had Italian sausage and just did not know what to make, my sister was making Sausage & Peppers the long way, so I said "what the Heck", let me try this

OR you can put the veggies on the bottom of the pan (I include frozen corn) with the Italian Sausage layered on top. As the casserole cooks, stab the sausages a few times and the juice runs down through the bottom layer. Yummy.
