Slow Cooked Pulled-pork

- 2-3 pounds of pork butt or shoulder shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 c barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1 c salsa shopping list
- 1 tbps cayenne power shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork in slow cooker.
- Mix all ingredients and add to pork.
- Cover and cook 4 hours over high or 6 hours over low until pork is fork tender.
- Take out pork and shred with 2 forks.
- You can add some of the juice into the pork. I tend to skim the fat out first.
- Serve on fajitas, sandwiches, buns
