Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place pork in slow cooker.
  • Mix all ingredients and add to pork.
  • Cover and cook 4 hours over high or 6 hours over low until pork is fork tender.
  • Take out pork and shred with 2 forks.
  • You can add some of the juice into the pork. I tend to skim the fat out first.
  • Serve on fajitas, sandwiches, buns

    Thank you for this home cooked way to make pulled pork. It's going to be 90 degrees today and I really didn't want to cook stovetop if I didn't have to. Now I'll just throw it all in the crockpot and it can cook all afternoon while my kitchen stays cool. My 5 forks were added today. Thanks again. Lorraine

    This is nice. As you say, easy and handy but should be very tasty and filling. A Wednesday night delight; which is often harder to do than a Sunday Banquet. Thanks for the 5 post.
