How to make it

  • Saute' onion, green pepper, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in each won ton wrapper and roll up from one corner, burrito style. I use some flour and water paste to glue the edge.
  • Place egg rolls in a large skillet with about 1 inch of hot canola oil. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes.
  • Enjoy!
