Maple Syrup And Walnut Bread Recipe

I wanted to make an unusual bread for this mornings' breakfast so decided to make this bread last night.. It was quite delicious with French wild blueberry jam!

Ingredients
- 1 cup water, tepid
- 1 tbsp dried skimmed milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp maple syrup at room temperature
- 2 cups wholewheat bread flour
- 1 cup white bread flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 3 ounces walnuts, roughly chopped
Directions
- Place the ingredients in the order given in your bread machines' instructions.
- Add the walnuts when your machine beeps which is usually after the first five minutes when you add items like raisins.
