How to make it

  • Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add onion and ginger to oil and cook for about 3 minutes till soft.
  • Add broth and red pepper and heat to a low boil.
  • Add cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, fish sauce, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Cook until shrimp is no longer pink about 1 minute.
  • Sprink with fresh cilantro and serve.
