Mascarpone Swirled Brownies Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt
  • Melt butter with chocolates ( I use my micro for this )
  • Remove from heat when melted and stir smooth
  • Whisk in the sugar and vanilla.
  • Then blend in the eggs one at a time
  • Stir flour mixture into choclate mixture to combine well.
  • In separate bowl mix cheese with remaining ingredients till smooth.
  • In a buttered 9 inch sqaure baking pan pour in half brownie batter.
  • Then add spoonfuls of half cheese mixture over then add remaining brownie batter then again dollop remianing cheese mixrute over.
  • With a knife swirl cheese and chocolate mixture to marbelize
  • Bake brownies in a preheated 325 oven about 55 minutes or cake tester comes out from center with a few moist crumbs attached
  • Cool completely before cutting
  • I had to freeze mine before hubby 's nose got to close from inhaling in the brownies!!!

    I served them for a party, guests loved them and they were gone before I could take a photo. I will just have to make these again!!!
