How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to recipe for al dente on past box
  • Drain, while reserving some pasta water for sauce
  • add 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • add 3 Tbsp buitter
  • add onions, shallot and garlic
  • stir in chopped fresh tomatoes
  • add sqeeze of lemon - to taste (about 1/2 lemon for me)
  • season with salt and pepper
  • plate and top with shavings of fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano

    quick and easy...I love it...I usually have the angel hair with fresh pressed garlic, cracked black pepper, anchovy paste, evoo, and sometimes I add this is a staple in my home as well...MMMMMmm....add some crusty french bread and bon appetite.....
