I've had this recipe for many years and served it as a cheese spread with cracker, Last week I made sandwiches for a tea. I spread this on cocktail bread, topped it with a slice of Roma tomatoe, and sprinkled with toasted pinenuts and snipped chives. Read more They were very colorful and tasted good. See less
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese – I use the low fat kind shopping list
- ¼ cup butter shopping list
- ½ tsp Beau Monte seasoning shopping list
- ¼ tsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- ¼ tsp herb de provence I get this a Penzeys shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together, refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours
- Serve with crackers. or on open face tomato sandwiches
