Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chop kimchi and lean pork into bite sized pieces
  • Heat up sesame oil over medium high heat.
  • Stir-fry kimchi for 2 minutes.
  • Add cubed tofu, lean pork and garlic.
  • When pork browns add go chu jang, go cho ga roh and bacon fat.
  • Fill pot with water until it barely covers all ingredients.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.

    I adore kimchi and always eat it raw and cold. This looks to be a very interesting dish and I'll have to make it for myself one night and give it a whirl. Thanks for the post.
