How to make it
- Rub the pig with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Stuff in various place with garlic wrapped in bacon.
- Inject lemon juice and olive oil with marinade seringe at inner and outer hind quaters, loyns and shoulders.
- Every hour baste with salt, olive oil and lemon juice until done
