How to make it

  • Rub the pig with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Stuff in various place with garlic wrapped in bacon.
  • Inject lemon juice and olive oil with marinade seringe at inner and outer hind quaters, loyns and shoulders.
  • Every hour baste with salt, olive oil and lemon juice until done

    Mooi so man. I am just too mean with my venison to go the whole hog (excuse the pun) and do a spit. If only the darned warthogs would cross the road and invade my mothers farm so that I would not have to pay for them
