Ingredients
  • Sticky Chicken
  • 16 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • SAUCE
  • 1/cup your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/4-cup soy sauce
  • 1/4-cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4-cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1-tbspn chili powder
  • 1-tbspn Dijon mustard
  • 1-tbspn grated gingerroot
  • 2-cloves garlic, put through garlic press
  • 1-tspn ground cumin

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a 9 X13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken thighs in pan in a single layer. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour evenly over chicken. Turn pieces to coat both ides with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for about 45 minutes (to an hour), or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
