- - linguine pasta (half or whole bag) shopping list
- - garlic cloves shopping list
- - butter shopping list
- - olive oil shopping list
- - dill weed, dry parsley, lemon pepper shopping list
- - chopped onion, mushrooms shopping list
- - lemon, lime shopping list
- - Italian dressing shopping list
- - seasoning salt shopping list
- - parmesean shopping list
How to make it
- boil your linguine or spagetti or spagettini or fettucine to desired tenderness.
- simmer up some fresh crushed garlic in butter and olive oil. add sprinkles of
- dill weed, dry parsley and lemon pepper.
- add finely chopped mushrooms, green onions, (or whatever is in the fridge)
- squeeze in a strainer, 2 quarters of lemon and or lime.
- add a quarter to half bottle of italian, or the like, dressing (i use a whole bottle for a whole bag of pasta)
- once the mixture starts to bubble again, pour it over the noodles, in a big bowl.
- toss untill completely saturated. if you like it saltier, add lawrys seasoning salt
- or steak spice. then sprinkle generously with parmesean, then once more when
- its served on the plate....
- its soooo simple, fun to make, and a crowd pleaser at camp out pot lucks!!!
